Responsibilities

Setup and maintain professional recruitment process
Lead recruitment team that now consists of 1 Junior Recruiter and will be growing
Conduct full cycle of recruitment
Manage and maintain DB of candidates
Build long-term relationships with key candidates
Help management team to better understand labor market and adjust business goals
Post and advertise vacancies
Support strategic company activities like HR and PR

Required skills

2+ years of intense IT recruitment experience in a highly professional environment
Strong understanding of recruitment process and well formed vision of how professional recruitment should work
Familiarity with technology trends and programming languages usage
Good understanding of Ukrainian IT labour market
Willingness to grow professionally
Team player
Well organized
Good analytical skills

Would be a plus

Willingness to lead others
Upper-intermediate English level
Advanced MS Office/Google Drive user
