- Conducting a full cycle recruiting process
- Maintaining up-to-date information in ATS and all related boards
- Cooperating with internal teams and hiring managers
- Building long-term relationships with key candidates
- 1+ year of extensive IT recruitment experience (technical and non-techical positions)
- Experience with a full-cycle recruiting process
- Excellent sourcing skills using different platforms (LI, Github, etc.)
- Experience with any recruitment ATS
- Good understanding of IT market and recruitment tendencies
- Familiarity with technology trends and modern programming languages
- Detail-oriented and diligent attitude to operational process
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to get on with people well and maintain long-term relationships
- Upper-intermediate English level
