MVP Development Services
Built to prove it works
Most products fail before they ever find their audience — often for reasons that could’ve been caught early. An MVP exists to catch that early, with a real, working version instead of a guess.

Our MVP development services
MVP development consulting
The main aim of this service is to deliver a thorough analysis of risks and opportunities through workshops and Discovery sessions. Together, we dive deep into your idea, define requirements, and help you scope down to the core features that matter most. As the outcomes of this service you should expect an SRS document, UX/UI wireframes, scalable software architecture, tech stack, roadmap, and a cost proposal.
MVP prototype design services
This service focuses on turning validated requirements into a clickable prototype before the development starts. We map out user flows, test navigation logic, and refine the interface until it reflects your brand and what your target users actually expect. Whatever your industry, by the end of this stage with Euristiq, you’ll have a prototype ready for user testing.
Full-cycle MVP development
Our team builds your MVP, focusing on core features to create a market-ready product. As an MVP development company, we cover everything from coding to QA, security, and deployment. You’ll receive working software delivered in scheduled milestones built on a scalable architecture, 40% faster than the industry average.
AI-native MVP delivery
With Euristiq’s AI-native approach, we design the architecture around AI from the start – data pipelines, learning loops, and AI agents are part of the build from day one, not added later. This means your MVP isn’t just AI-adjacent – it’s built to actually use AI where it adds value, from day one of development.
MVP launch & support
After the launch, your product will be tested in real world scenarios. Our MVP product development team will monitor performance, fix what needs fixing, and support you as user feedback starts shaping the next iteration.
PoC, Prototype, or MVP – which one do you need?
Proof of Concept (PoC)
A PoC exists to answer one question: is this technically possible? It’s usually a stripped-down, hard-coded version – no real UI, no real users – built purely to test feasibility before you invest further.
Prototype
A prototype shows what the product will look and feel like. It’s built to test user flows and UX, not to run on live infrastructure or handle real data. Use it to validate the experience before you commit to engineering.
Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
An MVP is a working, real product with just enough core functionality to solve the user’s main problem. Unlike a PoC or prototype, real users can actually use it – which makes it the first version that generates real feedback, real usage data, and, in some cases, real revenue.

FAQ
What is the difference between a PoC, prototype, and MVP?
A PoC tests the technical feasibility of the idea – no real users, no fancy design, just proof it can work. A prototype helps to see what the product will look and feel like, without live infrastructure behind it. An MVP is the first product version ready to be used by actual users, having enough functionality to solve their problem.
How much does it cost to build an MVP?
It depends on the scope of work, but roughly speaking – discovery runs CAD $30K–$40K; building the MVP itself usually comes at a similar CAD $30K–$40K price range. Discovery produces an SRS document, wireframes, architecture, and a cost proposal, so exact MVP pricing is confirmed once that’s done. Feature complexity, integrations, and compliance requirements are the main factors that move the number within or beyond that range.
How long does MVP development take?
Discovery is performed in 2-4 weeks, development of MVP takes 1-4 months, depending on scope and feature complexity. Development itself starts within 2 weeks of signing, with the first milestone delivered about a month in and subsequent milestones shipping every 4–6 weeks. A fully functional release of the project beyond the MVP stage takes about 6 months.
Who owns the IP and code once the MVP is built?
The client owns it – fully. Once your MVP is built, Euristiq transfers all IP and code, no exceptions. This applies regardless of engagement model or project size.
What happens after the MVP launches?
Once MVP is launched, monitoring and maintenance will be performed in order to fix issues if there are any and further development will be based on the user feedback and client needs.
What are the most common MVP mistakes, and how do you avoid them?
Can Euristiq help with SR&ED or IRAP funding for my MVP?
Our European delivery team doesn’t qualify for IRAP/SR&ED. However, our development rates are already 40% lower than hiring local Canadian developers. Hence, you will be able to save the exact amount of money without the risk of a CRA audit or waiting 12 months for a tax refund.
